This year’s protagonist will be Italian summer kitchen with its fabulous tastes and smells, freely interpreted by the nineteen chefs of the participating restaurants of the Via dei Sapori association. They will prepare creative dishes right in front of the guests. Next to each chef one top winemaker of the region will offer a sophisticated selection of his produce to accomplish each dish and to create a fine combination between food and wine.
But there’s more: The Artigiani del Gusto such as Jolanda de Colò, Dok Dall’Ava, Aceto Sirk, Friultrota or Distillerie Nonino, all of them partners of Via dei Sapori will complete this evening with a tasting of their high-quality products made the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
